Our Process

Object Scanning & Research
  • We use photogrammetry or drone imaging for accurate geometry.

  • Supplemented with historical photos, blueprints, or restoration data.

  • Models can be scanned on-site or recreated remotely.

3D Modeling & CAD Optimization
  • We create a detailed 3D model using software like Blender, Rhino or SolidWorks.

  • Optimized for tactile detail, scale accuracy, and Braille labeling zones.

  • Reviewed and approved with partner before production.

Bronze-Polymer Casting
  • High-resolution master printed in resin or industrial PLA.

  • Molded and cast using 95% bronze powder + 5% polymer for strength, texture, and durability.

  • Final object weighs 2–10 kg and is weather-resistant.

Accessibility & Technology Integration
  • Braille inscriptions (standardized Finnish format) integrated directly.

  • QR codes engraved or printed in stainless steel.

  • Optional NFC tags hidden in the base (Ntag213).

  • Speaker button module for voice playback (outdoor rated, vandal-resistant).

Web & Audio Guide Development
  • We build a multilingual responsive page for each object with:

    • Photos, short text, historical facts

    • Audio guide in 2–3 languages (human voice or AI voice)

  • Hosted either on FormEdge’s server or partner’s domain.

Installation & Opening
  • We coordinate public space permissions with municipalities.

  • Install the miniature on a stone or steel pedestal (optional: bench, plaque).

  • Launch event + press kit included: media, visitors, disabled community.

From architectural scanning to inclusive public installation — we manage it all.

Our production cycle is designed to deliver high-quality, accessible public models with full documentation and integration of interactive technologies. Each step can be adapted to local needs, historical input, or city branding.Впишите свой текст здесь...

Documentation & Reporting
  • All steps are documented (photo + video)

  • Final report with metrics, costs, partner visibility, and feedback

  • Can be submitted to grant providers or public councils

🎯 This 360° process ensures quality, impact, and peace of mind for our partners. Whether it’s one model or a city-wide initiative — we deliver end-to-end.
